How can I pay for my order?

Currently, we accept payments via bank transfer, Bitcoin, and cheque. Payment instructions will be located at the bottom of your invoice. We accept payments in GBP, EUR, CHF, USD, DKK, NOK and SEK for your convenience.

Payment details will be emailed after an order has been entered into our system and accetped.

How does delivery / shipping work?

Through our strategic partnerships, we are able to offer our clients access to bullion delivery services. Please refer to our bullion delivery information page for further information.

Do I need to pay VAT or tax on my order?

EU VAT is payable on Silver, Platinum and Palladium bullion coins and bars.

Do you offer secure allocated storage for bullion?

We are offer storage solutions in Zurich, Hong Kong and New York. Please refer to our offshore bullion storage page for further information.

What are the benefits of offshore bullion storage?

Bullion storage is suitable for those who prefer to store their precious metals in a secure vault environment. Goods are stored in a bonded, free zone and are not subject to VAT and other taxes whilst in storage. It is possible to store several orders in the vault and arrange for a single delivery at a later date.

Are there any additional fees associated with my order?

No. There is no commission nor additional fees associated with any purchase from us.

How do I open an account?

Please place your order online. We require clients to register with a username and password. This will allow you to track your shipments, and view your order history.

If your order is valued at over €10,000 we require a copy of your photo id. Please note that the name on the ID must match the account from which the bank transfer is initiated.

What are your business hours?

You may place orders through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept orders via the telephone. Our customer service department is open Monday to Friday, from 9am till 5pm.

Can I purchase or collect from you at your offices in London?

Yes, collections are possible from our offices in London by prior arrangement.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to assist clients to organise shipments World Wide.

What happens if I decide to cancel my order?

When you place your order online, you are agreeing to pay for the items you’ve selected at the current market prices, which are updated every 5 minutes. This is in essence a signed contract. Cancellations whereby the customer has paid already will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. If you place an order and do not pay, you may be blocked from placing further orders on our site.

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns. However, we have a buy back option whereby customers can resell items to us.

Do you buy bullion?

We purchase all types of bullion ingots and coins and offer very compeititve prices. Please contact us if you are interested in selling your bullion.
