New Coins Released by The Perth Mint

So, here are the coins Perth Mint has realeased for 2022:

1. Kookaburra

The Australian Kookaburra's design for 2022 serves as a reminder of the chortling creature's thriving existence in suburban areas. The artwork depicts the bird seated on an ornate birdbath surrounded by Agapanthus, a blooming plant found in many Australian gardens. Additionally, this site has the inscription 'KOOKABURRA,' the year 2022, comes with the weight 1oz, 99% of purity, and the metal, as well as the Perth Mint's security element 'P' mintmark.

2. Kangaroo — Silver

The reverse side design of the 2022 1 oz Kangaroo Silver Coins features a jumping kangaroo. This artwork depicts a red kangaroo jumping around in left-profile relief against a backdrop of sunny rays. This lovely design is based on the iconic Australian Copper Penny's Stuart Devlin design.

The obverse of the 2022 Australian Kangaroo Silver Coins features Queen Elizabeth II. Jody Clark developed this design for the Royal Mint in 2015 and made its debut on 2018 Australian coins. The Queen is shown wearing the George IV State Diadem Crown at his 89. This is Australia's sixth-generation effigy design that features Australian coins.

3. Kangaroo — Gold

The obverse of the 2022 1 oz Australian Kangaroo Gold Coins also features Queen Elizabeth II. The face of Queen Elizabeth II seen here is also the sixth generation adorning Australian coins.

The back design of the 2022 Australian Gold Kangaroos now features Neil Hollis' portrayal of a tiny kangaroo family. His illustration depicts an adult kangaroo and its baby joey jumping through a grassy plain with distant little hills in the backdrop area.

4. Koala

The Australian koala, which is one of Australia's most cherished species, has come to represent the Land Down Under. Each coin is struck in one ounce or one kilogram of pure silver and depicts a sleeping koala on a tree branch surrounded by clusters of scented eucalyptus leaves.

5. Lunar Year

The tiger is the third of twelve animals related to China's traditional lunar calendar. The gold and silver series, which is available in weights ranging from 1/20th ounce to ten ounces, displays a magnificent tiger perched on a peak with its head inclined toward its tail. Fearless, the animal's gaping mouth is lined with razor-sharp canine fangs.

Conclusion

The Perth Mint has scheduled the delivery of numerous silvers, gold, and platinum coins in the upcoming months, ranging in size from 1/20th ounces gold to one-kilogram silver.
